CONSERVATORSHIPS
A conservatorship is needed when an adult is
unable to care for him or herself or to manage his or
her own affairs. A conservator can be legally
appointed to make decisions about the person's
care and medical treatment, and/or to manage their
financial affairs. A person that wants to become a
Conservator does so by applying to the probate
court. The attorneys can help you by preparing the
necessary forms and representing you in court.
